GCSE courses
Bath Academy Sixth Form Centre accepts offers a GCSE course for
British students (aged 16+) and International students (aged 16+).
Re-take courses in English and Mathematics are also available and
some students may choose to take one or more GCSEs in conjunction
with their AS levels.
The GCSE course lasts for one academic year (nine months) and
consists of a minimum of six subjects.

+ 3 hours homework per subject per week + 3 hours supervised study
(where work, examination paper practice is set)
- Regular progress tests

- Easter and ‘last minute’ revision courses available
- Extra private tuition available
- Pre-sessional English tuition (if required)
Entry Requirements
- Minimum age 16
- Good academic record and satisfactory reference from previous
school
- Good level of competence in the English Language
- Willingness to work hard
