Revision Courses
Last Step Revision (April - June)
'Study leave' can begin and some students are still unsure
about areas of the curriculum or what the examinations will
entail. A 'last step' course can address these concerns and
give focused timed examination practice with detailed feedback
from teachers. It is also an opportunity for structured revision
away from the distractions of home.
Lessons (mostly individual) can be scheduled during the
day (9am - 5pm), evening (5pm - 8pm) or Saturday mornings
(10am - 1pm).
Easter Revision Courses
Running in March and April, these courses are an excellent way in which to improve final results. There is time to practise working under examination conditions as well as to help focus on weak areas.
Students are taught either in small groups or on an individual basis. Advice is given on study skills and planning a revision programme. Confidence is built and this helps students improve their performance in the final examinations.
