The Bath Academy University Foundation Programme (UFP) (University of Bath pathway), is a one-year intensive course for international students. It is an alternative route to A-Level or International Baccalaureate for progression to the University of Bath.
The specialised pathway for students whose first choice is to progress to the University of Bath includes a Guaranteed Conditional Offer letter, following your application through UCAS, for a majority of degree courses.
Entry to the Bath Academy UFP (University of Bath pathway) is by competitive application. From the start of the course we offer extensive and individualised academic guidance based on each student’s academic journey, taking into account their chosen degree, all the way through to their UCAS application.
Our small class sizes and personalised tuition allow for a more dedicated focus on students’ needs.
The University of Bath offers an array of undergraduate degrees * and students will be able to select appropriate modules during their time on the Foundation Programme according to their academic goals
Modules that students undertake may be compulsory for specific degrees.
For students selected to join this pathway they will be able to benefit from use of the University of Bath Accommodation (rooms available on a first come first served basis), as well as access to the University Library and Sports Training Village.
